The service
Billeak reads spending and usage from providers you connect and alerts you about it. It depends on what those providers report and how often; some only publish costs once a day. It helps you notice problems sooner. It does not guarantee that a bill won't happen, and it is not a replacement for the limits and budgets your providers offer.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and only connect accounts you are allowed to. You are responsible for what your webhooks do when we call them.
Fair use
Don't use Billeak to test stolen keys, attack providers, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, receipts, sales tax and VAT, and customer service for billing questions.
Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan and billing → Manage billing; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email, and never during a period you have already paid for.
Refunds follow our refund policy.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, and we aren't liable for provider charges you incur.
