14-day refund
If Billeak isn't right for you, email support@billeak.com within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan and we'll refund it in full. No questions, no forms.
After that
You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for; you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months or years, except where the law requires it or when something on our side kept Billeak from working for you, in which case write to us and we'll make it right.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
