Privacy

What we store

• Your account: name, email address, and your sign-in method (GitHub, Google or an emailed code). No passwords.
• Provider keys you connect, encrypted (see Security).
• The spending and usage numbers we read from your providers, and the alerts we send.
• Where alerts go: email addresses and webhook addresses you add, encrypted.

What we do with it

Only run Billeak for you: show your numbers, detect unusual spending and send your alerts. We don't sell data, show ads, or use your data to train AI.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Resend (sending email), and Lemon Squeezy (our reseller for payments; they hold your card and billing details, we never see your card). Alerts go to the services you choose, such as Discord or Slack.

How long we keep it

Spending history: 30 days on Free, 400 days on paid plans. Deleted connections: erased after 7 days. Delete your account by writing to support@billeak.com and everything is removed within 30 days.
